Paul joined the company at the age of 16, it started out as a summer job!  15 years later, Paul has progressed through the company from tea boy, print finisher, press minder and finally as he is now, Production Manager. Paul has responsibly for the entire litho production team and litho production operation across the company.

Having worked in all areas of production, Paul has a wealth of knowledge which is invaluable, and is able to troubleshoot when required and ensure that positive solutions are achieved.

Paul works with an honest, adaptable and friendly approach to the business, and prides himself on making sure the customer is satisfied no matter what it takes, which in some cases means going above and beyond the call of duty.

At Kube we take our environmental responsibility seriously, and Paul monitors our manufacturing processes and techniques in a bid to reduce our carbon footprint as a business as an ongoing process.

In his spare time he enjoys a whole host of activities ranging from playing football for his local team in the Southern Amateur League to playing golf with friends. He also looks forward to his annual Ski trip; he is avid snowboarder.
